The master bathroom has a bath, hand basin and toilet. The property is set in beautiful established grounds and boasts a boathouse with water access as well as two terraces which are furnished for guests to enjoy. There is designated parking and there are beaches at Bantham and Bigbury at the mouth of estuary. Superb Village Shop & Post Office in St Annes Chapel 5 minutes drive. Pubs and Golf in Bigbury 2 miles, plus The Pickwick Inn at St Annes Chapel. Kingsbridge 10 miles, or Modbury 7 miles.
