Lawn to one side with drive, parking and patio to the other side with outside shower and paths winding down through wooded areas to the properties private beach.There is parking for 4 cars. Several good pubs and restaurants accessible over the water in Salcombe. On the East Portlemouth side in South Pool accessible by boat at high tide and by car (5 mins) and in nearby East Prawle (10 mins by car)
